Lester Cruse, a widely experienced and qualified outdoor pursuits instructor started the UK based Adventure Sports in 1982. Jenny Cruse joined Lester and the company in 1991 and contributed much to the success of the business. In the summer we continue our adventures in France at Marines de Cogolin in the Gulf of St.Tropez, next to Port Grimaud, the famous 'Venice' of France. It's hot, it's fun and it is where a great many rich and famous people choose to spend their time. The holiday is designed and priced to make a normally exclusive area, accessible and affordable. 

We discovered this location some years before and with our vast experience in providing Activity Holidays, we knew it would make an ideal place to have new adventures in a warmer climate. St Tropez itself needs no introduction, it is simply one of the most glamorous places on earth. The gulf itself is very sheltered and being based 'on the water' we are able to operate from the marina and eliminate travelling by road to locations. Our groups are smaller to make a more relaxed and exclusive holiday. Our holidays are exceptional value when you consider the location and the equipment we use. To charter the large boats would cost £3,000 a week!  To hire the smaller power boats would be £300 a day and to water-ski, wakeboard or Jet-ski is £50 for 30 minutes, yet all this activity and equipment is included in the price of your holiday. You also gain the benefit of our local knowledge as we take you to the best beaches and coastal walks and visit the most beautiful villages and gorges. Our aim is to make an activity holiday in the sunny Mediterranean, doing all the things you would love to do, accessible and affordable.

We have researched eating out, and following our recommendations, food and drink can cost you less than in the UK.  

As you would expect, the team are well qualified in all activity areas. Your instructors qualifications:-

BHPA Senior Paragliding Instructors,  RYA Power Boat Instructors, RYA Jet-Ski Instructors, RYA Sailing Instructor, RYA Windsurfing Instructors, BSA Surfing Instructor, BMC/ SPSA Climbing Instructor, PADI Rescue Diver, Qualified Beach Lifequards and First Aiders.
